Craig's Password Generator
Here's a free software program I wrote that creates secure, but easily-remembered passwords. It uses the methodology described in this GeodSoft article. It's not as robust as the techniques described in this article, so I wouldn't suggest it for protecting state secrets. However, it's more than good enough for the average person's use.
This program generates 6–12 character passwords in lower or mixed case. It has the added benefit of not creating passwords containing zero, uppercase "O", lowercase "l", or one, because these letters tend to be confused when given to other users, especially when presented with certain fonts.
